DUPONT MEDICAL is a leader of the medical equipment market in France and has integrate the American group DRIVE MEDICAL.

The company develops, manufactures, and markets, through a network of retailers in France (more than 2,000) and of importers or distributors abroad (more than 50):

• A full range of products intended to home care (wheelchairs, nursing beds, patient-lifts, technical aids, etc.): MOBILY, SAMERY, and ADAGE brands

• A range of various appliances and equipment for doctors, nurses, and community: COLSON and HEALTHY brands.

Founded more than 150 years ago, DUPONT MEDICAL has strong experience in those fields and continuously invests to develop new products and to increase its range of products.

Thus, in the last years, the company has launched innovative products such as:

• Different types of comfort and positioning wheelchairs, among which, the latest IDSoft (segment in which DUPONT MEDICAL has always been a pioneer)
• A revolutionary electric wheelchair, BOXWAY, which can be folded into a suitcase, and was awarded several design prizes in the world (among which, the first award at the Concours Lépine in 2004).

With the integration of COLSON range in 2000 (company founded in 1850), it was possible to be present on the segment of small equipment intended to healthcare professionals.

It organises and turns its researches with teams of caregivers and field professionals, which is a proof of credibility.
Thanks to this voluntarism, DUPONT MEDICAL was able to multiply its turnover by 5 in 10 years, and is today a key leader among medical equipment distributors.

This growth strategy is now reinforced by an international development, particularly by launching subsidiaries (Germany, Hong Kong) or strong partnerships in several countries.

Its products are developed and manufactured within industrial structures meeting certified quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485. Those structures employ more than 110 persons.

A Quality and Regulatory Affairs department continuously monitors the compliance of products with the specific standards (EC marking, EN 1970/A1, etc.).

In 2014, DUPONT MEDICAL integrates the Americam group DRIVE MEDICAL.
